Hi everyone,
I have a problem with workplace on IP OFFICE server edition (VMware).
Remote apps do not work on voice. The ring signal works but I don't hear anything.
The public IP address is nat with the server's wan port. Does anyone have any solutions.
Thank you

It's tipically a RTP issue due to networking/routing misconfiguration, what about local registraion in the LAN environment? Does it work fine?

We ran into this where calls could be answered in Workplace but no audio heard. Needed to have firewall rules allowing Avaya services in both directions.
If it helps, here's what our firewall rules look like for Avaya.

Avaya services:
Equinox/Workplace
-TCP 411
RTP
-TCP 5060-5061
-UDP 5060-5061,46750-50750
HTTP
-TCP 80
HTTPS
-TCP 443

Rules (specify above services for each):
Avaya Outbound - LAN/Avaya server --> External interface/all - NAT
Avaya Inbound - External interface/all --> LAN/Avaya server - NAT

If your wi-fi or vpn is not included in your LAN group, you need additional rules such as:
Avaya local Outbound - LAN/Avaya server --> Wifi interface/all - no NAT
Avaya local Inbound - Wifi interface/all --> LAN/Avaya server - no NAT

Hi everybody,
I have an Equinox video conference platform, all services work
webrtc service works from outside internet access via SBC but only on PC desktop
when I use the workplace application from an external access (WAN)
an error message displayed on the phone "Certificate not valid"
It should be noted that the application works from LAN access via the WIFI network
any help please.
Thanks
