We are running Aura 10.1 with Avaya SBCs
On our Workplace Client, we have Push Notifications running via Avaya Cloud for both Android and iOS
We are experiencing 2 issues:
1. On mobile, 1 of every 5 calls inbound to the user will show the call, promptly end the call, and immediately restart the call again. This appears like a double call and shows 2 calls in history on mobile, but just the one call on a J series phone (as long as centralized call history is not enabled). Any idea why this retried call occurs and how to stop it?
2. When updating presence for a user when the app is stale, many times it does not update the users presence until they attempt it a second time. Annoying when some users believe they are in one status, but it never actually “took”
