Avaya Workplace double calls problem

Hello,

I have a problem with Avaya Workplace. 1/2 out of 10 calls are duplicated in desktop application. The situation causes disortion in the statistics, because one of the calls is shown as rejected when answearing the other one. Perhaps someone has encountered this situation and would be willing to help with a solution?
