Avaya wireless phones question 1

Can these phone be used on public wireless internet (provided the setup is okay with Teleworker) or is it just a an IP Wireless phone that must be used within the network or VPN? I was wondering if there was a method to login such as at a Starbucks etc?

These phones are H.323 thus no, not usable from public networks.
