I have a new wireless Avaya 3810 phone fully charged, and plugged into a digital port on an IP 406 IP Office 3.2(55).
When I press the talk button, it says "Aquiring Link" in the display but there is no dial tone. The installation manual Specifically says the 3810 works on IP Office.
Any ideas what the problem might be? Thanks in advance.

What kind of port are you plugged in?

Does a set work in that port?

It only works with a north american locale
Did you make a user for that extension ?
And the most important of all :), did you put in the power ?
