Hi all,

I've been given the task to program a button on the following types of handsets that will dial the internal emergency operators. The nurses at this mental hospital who will carry a DECT handset with a button they can push in case of emergencies. I can't find a programming guide for this software. I work for an Avaya Business Partner and this is a first.

Here is the link for the software, any advice appreciated. I don't know which type of handset yet.
