Avaya Web Client issues

I just installed Avaya Web Client on its own Windows 2003 server. I installed version 3.0.0.43. I'm having the following issues:

1. When trying to send or forward a VM I get an error "The socket connection failed. (35019)"

2. If I try and put a number outside of my PBX (home phone number) I get a 1024 error. Can you have the Web Client play messages to LAN line?

3. Trying to confiure LDAP instructions are poor for confiuring. What should the BASE DN be? the Voicemail Address?

Thanks

Matt

Do you know the correct format for the base DN? This is what avaya instuctions say:

Base DN (domain name): Enter the LDAP query string to connect to the LDAP server. For example, LDAP://donner/c=COUNTRY/o=ORG, where"LDAP" is the server name. "C" and "O" must match the values of the LDAP system that the system is accessing for information.

If my LDAP server name is Mickey and my domain is avaya.com what would be the correct format?

I am not sure where or why it is asking you to enter that info as i have set up many of these and all you do is go to servername/webmsg/admin and login with admin and admin1 and add a server with the server name and that is about it. The time must be within 1 min of the mas time or it will not work.

Every thing is working except for sending a vm via the web client. I will open a new forum for that.
