Can't build default route to the local network. I can access the unit remotely for maintanence can run a trace route to my local interface on the local network but can't trace to any other address on the network. I assume a route is missing. My remote users can connect via vpn client to the sg200 but can't ping anything on the local network either.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i dont understand the problem. what are you trying to access? what are you trying to accomplish?

Sorry... I'll try again

We have an existing sg200 that has been working for a long time. all of the sudden my remote users are having a problem connecting to devices remotely. they run the vpn client to connect it establishes a connection but then they cant ping any devices remotely.

when i log into the web console to administer the sg200 i'm trying to use the trace route feature in the web console of the sg200 to trace to the default gateway of the local network and can't. My assumption is that a route is missing or the private interface is bad.

Anyone. Desperate...

my vpn client users can connect but they can't see any devices on the network they are connecting to.
