Avaya VPNremote Phones 1

Hi All,
Thanks in advance. I just purchased 1 VPN license for a remote user to use an Avaya 4610 SW IP phone from home since the voice quality of the user's softphone is horrible.

We are running the Avaya IP 500. I found the document titled

Configuring Cisco PIX Security Appliance using Cisco
Adaptive Security Device Manager (ASDM) VPN Wizard to
Support Avaya VPNremote™ Phones – Issue 1.0

We have an ASA 5505 but someone told me this doc should work.
I am a little confused on how to program the phone.

Any info will help...thanks

Have you read this document and loaded the VPN firmware onto the phone?

I will read over that.

I am not sure how to get to the Avaya Communication Manager to use the SAT commands

when I did it previously I just pulled the settings for 46xxsettings and changing the phone mode out of that first document I linked and just ignored the communication manager stuff.
