Avaya VPNRemote Client and PIX506

I am installing VPN remote 4600 phones. I have configured them and they work perfectly on PIX 525/515 on PIX 6.3 or 7.0 software but they will not work on PIX 506.

I get a IKE configuration error and the PIX debug reports that the IPv4 address is denied.

The configs are identical apart from the hardware. Anyone come up against a similar issue or can you offer any advice.
