Does anyone know why a 4610SW VPN phone that can successfully create a VPN tunnel with a certificate keep trying to enroll with MS each time it boots up instead of using it's already successful enrolled cert? I have to "Skip" the repetitive enrollment process each time to get the phone to move on to establish VPN connection. It is creating multiple enrollment requests on MS Certificate Authority. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks.

I never use certificates.
I always use user authentication, mode config woth an ipsec policy.
Too much hassle with certificates.
