Hi Guys,
We have some intermittent issues with about 4 vpn phone users.
One issue that frequently occurs is that the audio will drop either on of the agents will stop hearing the other end of the call or vice versa calls can be internal or external.
We are also having an issue where the phone resets.
The vpn phones are connecting to an asa5505 firewall on the firewall we have turned off the inspection of h323 codecs and that seems to have helped one or two users but this setting seems to have caused some issues with other users it may just be a coincidence that their issues have increased.
I'm at a loss for why these issues are occurring are there any tool or error logs I should be looking at?
How often would disconnects be considered normal?
Any help would be greatly appreciated
thanks
