Avaya voip phones no audio

We have a bcm 450 phone system ..we have external offices that we would like to setup as ip phones ...Avaya 1120e we have the nat Trav. loaded and working ...we can log the phones onto the bcm via internet external ip..they pick-up the server but we have no audio...if we dail in or out they work but can't hear a thing. figured it's the ports aren't open right...we are using just a cheap dlink 604 router on it ...we only have 3 phones. Can you give a idea on the ports ...we have 7000-7000 udp, 5989-5989 tcp,3000- 30999 udp
