Assuming you are asking about the MM product. Each day on the MAS an event is generated (1531 if I remember correctly) that tells you how many MM enabled account that MAS thinks it has.
There are other ways, like through WebLM, or if you have a MSS backend there is something in the web interface that can tell you have many subscribers it is hosting.
