AVAYA Voicemail pro error

After a voicemailpro installation, I try to go on Administration | Preference | General to change the option intuity by ipoffice and to put the password.

I get an error message :
Access violation in module vcl50.bpl.

I use the latest release of voicemail pro and manager. I use windows 2000.

I try on a Windows XP and 2003 server I have the same error.
