My client's VM is on test mode. How do I remove it off the test mode?
Partner Messaging R1 this is an Avaya ACS system

If there is no port license, or, it is defective, the voice mail will boot up into test mode. I'm not sure if the license needs to be in a specific slot, but, a missing or defective license will result in the voice mail going into test mode.

The installation manual does call out that only slot 1 should be used for the PCMCIA port license card
