Dear Expert,

Is it possible to change the cut off time when an incoming call to VM and the caller does not say anything?
Also, by default how long will it take the VM will cut off the incoming call?

You are saying incoming call to VM... do you mean an auto attendant? If so then yes there are timeout options on menus for this reason.

By default calls go to Main 200 which has voicemail enabled after 45 seconds (roughly 9 rings). The chances your system is still setup in that way, however, is pretty low.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
