Avaya VMPRO 9.0.8.0 abort backup

Dear expert,

I tried to abort an immediate backup yesterday in Avaya VMPRO 9.0.8.0 and the abort command was issued.
I found the backup was completed but the status in Backup was still in "abort".
Also, I could not start a new immediate backup of daily backup.

Any suggestion to resolve this problem, please help!

Did you log out of the client then log back in again to see if the button refreshes

Yes, I tried to log out couple times but the buttom did not change.

Next stage Stop start the voicemail service..
Or reboot the voicemail server
