I have a virtual Avaya SBC 8.0 with a virtual WebLM configured. I point the SBC to the WebLM URL and on the EMS Dashboard-Information pane, it shows license state is OK with a green circle/white checkmark. Clicking on the SBC-Device Management-Licensing tab, I have the correct URL populated, but down below under Dynamic Licensing Configuration, it doesn't show any licenses. All show the number zero and it's greyed out. So, I'm guessing Dynamic means the licenses are allocated dynamically as remote workers/sip trunks connect?
If so, the Avaya course screenshot/instructions to verify licensing by going to Device Management-Devices-View is misleading. It shows in that section of the SBC that I have 0 licenses for Standard and Advanced. Their screen shot shows 10 and 10 for each respectively.
So, I guess I'm confused based on the license showing OK but zeros for Standard and Advanced sessions. Thoughts?
