All,

I had a client call stating that Voicemail is not working, as the drive is full.

I know nothing about these Hyper-V Virtual Machines however we did find a Avaya.vhd file that is 838.4GB in size.

Suggestions?

Thank you!

The .vhd is a virtual hard disk used by hyper-V - so what it is saying is your Avaya Virtual Machine HDD is using 838GB !

If its Windows VM Pro you can use a free utility called WinDirStat to visually show you whats taking up all that space.

Do you know if it the Windows or the Linux application server version?

If Windows should be able to run Treesize on the virtual machine.

If Linux login to IP Address>:7070/WebManagement/WebManagement.html then Applications then File Manager where you can see the contents.
