currently i have ip office 500v2 with ip office 11.0.0.0.0 build 849 ,currently working fine without any issues recently purchased vantage k175 desk phone for manager it worked on avaya vanatge basic perfectly then we tried to upgrade the software and firmware to latest K175-IPT-SIP-R2_2_0_4-082520 upgraded sucessfully its says logged with the extension but unable to make calls or receive calls .
other question is is it advisable to upgrade ip office 11.0.0.0.0 to 11.1 read some blogs that ip office 11.1 is not stable and just released and also we need to change the setup to linux
