Avaya Upgrade from 11.0.4.0 to 11.0.4.1 1

I'm trying to upgrade customer system to newest version, however, when I go to do the upgrade, the files do not transfer. They all fail, then i get a status message of "insufficient space". This isn't a password error, as I have the correct password in. Has anyone else experienced this?

The message explains pretty good what's wrong.

Your SD card is most likely full, and if it's a 4GB card it should be replaced, otherwise recreate the card.

That's what it was. Someone had a call hung up in their mailbox for 5 days and that caused the issue.
