Avaya updates

Hello All,
We are looking at not renewing our Avaya Maintenance contract and using an outside vendor for support. I was wondering if I would still have access to updates/upgrades/downloads via avaya'a site?

All Avaya authorized Business Partners have access to downloads and RFA.
