Avaya UCM Access with WinSCP - "Access Denied"

Hello all,

I am now randomly not able to access my UCM Via WinSCP, I keep getting the error "Access Denied". This has been working for months. Thoughts?

I get the same issue with PuTTY

I can log into Web Manager and One-X without any issues.

I did try a reboot.

Somebody has changed the password.

I think you may be able to change it back form Web Administration (port 7071) but not 100% sure as I have never needed to.
failing that you will need to boot into "Single user mode" direct on the server to reset the passwords that way, this will require you to connect a monitor & keyboard to the UCM
