Hi Guys,
I'm looking for Firmware/Software for an Avaya IP Office UC Module. What I need is Version 9.1.4.0 build 137. I do not have access to the Avaya SSO sytem to download it from there. Can you help me out?

Contact an Avaya Business Partner to assist you.

If vegetarians love animals so much, why are they eating all of their food?

I was hoping to get a link to the file download because it is for my own development to see if it fits what I need. Does anyone know, is it included on the VM Pro cd? If so, what is the file name? I have the disc. Thanks in advance.

Register with Avaya for SSO

C110 firmware is not on the VM Pro disk

You are identified as a Technical User, are you an end user or an installer?
if you are an end user your installer should have done all this for you, if they have not I sugest you locate a competent one as installing / upgrading a UCM is not a task for the inexperienced.

If you are an installer then please stop selling equiment without training you are giving the rest of us a bad name

Do things on the cheap & it will cost you dear

IPGuru,
I think the term Technical User is very accurate.
I do not sell Avaya equipment. I happened to get this equipment at an auction and am doing my best to get it configured the way I want it. What am I planning to do with it? It is going to be given-installed to church community hopefully this summer and it will perform flawlessly, giving them the options they deserve, I hope.
For the past 10 years I have serviced and supported Nortel MICS systems so I know a thing or two about this business. My problem is I do NOT have access to the Avaya SSO system, and getting access for this one time really doesn't make sense I think. Thanks for the input.

What will you do if they have problems or if the UCM breaks?

Not to worry. I would take care of it no matter what.

Will be difficult for you to get new hardware if necessary...

Do yourself a favour.

Skip the UC module and install VM pro on a server..

Thanks for the reply Okkie26. That is the second time I've heard that. Maybe I will do just that.

Thanks for the reply Okkie26 and joe2938. That is the third time I've heard that. I will do just that. Thanks again guys!!

Maybe you could add the UC module in the IP Office, in order to get the VM pro license. But don't use it any further.

intrigrant,
Would you be able to help me out with the firmware file for this UC Module? What I need is 9.1.400 build 137, I have no access to the Avaya SSO. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the iso file but it is over 3 gig will it upload to this site for a file size this big?

joe2938,
I'm not sure, but do you have a dropbox? If you want you could upload it there and send me the link?
