AVAYA TRAINING/CERFITICATIONS

Hello everyone,

I been working with Avaya products (Definity, Aura, SXXX)for some time and now have a need to get certified on ACIS, ACSS, and others. Since I never worked for Avaya, what options/resources are available that the average technician can turn to, to prepare for the tests? I know that there are quite a few on the Web but I am not sure how reputable some of these are. Has any of you had experience with Avaya on-line, self-paced training, or any other Avaya training and if so, what would you recommend? Thanks guys. Take care.

Take a look at avaya-learning.com to get started. You will need to register for an account, but plenty of info there to help you out. Training classes are available and the tests cost $125 each, at least the ones I have taken are. There are different certification paths that you can take. For example ACIS for Aura is a single test, 3100 I think. For ACSS for Aura it is 3 tests.
