Avaya TN2198 to PictureTel VTC 4000

Our company wants to use a legacy VC and I've since forgotten how to set this up.

Can someone provide some help here. Haven't done this in quite some time...

S8700 with TN2198 going to PictureTel S4000 Unit (Concord).

Not 100% sure how to build out the stations... Do I create 6 WCBRI data modules or 3...? SPIDS should end with 0101 off the extension??? They want 384k.

Any insight on how to configure the PicTel unit as well~~~???
