Avaya Technician Rates

Does anyone know a good source for Avaya technician rates for New York City? The project involves relocating 2 G-650 cabinets, installation of a a new media server to R 6.0 to a new office location and involving outside normal business hours.

I bet you could call Richie Meringolo at CWA Local 110 and he would know.(inside joke for the people in the know)

but honestly, most folks here are going to point you to an Avaya Authorized Business Partner.

Avaya doesn't typically do these types of changes unless you're a named account and you spend big bucks annually. But if that was the case, then you would already be engaged with them.

Best bet is to contact a BP, but I'm sure you'll still find rates in the ballpark between $175-$350 an hour based on the scope and time-frame...
