Avaya Tapi 3 Problem Case

Hi ...

I have IPO Server Edition Rls11.1, and CTI License Install on it.
for PopScreen Integration we Install a TAPI3 Driver on a Server PC.
Today, I have the following email from Developer:

We have unexpected behavior when running Tapi3 , after receiving offering event , we call get_CallInfoString from Tapi3 lib
and we got this error

Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.
at TAPI3Lib.ITCallInfo.get_CallInfoString(CALLINFO_STRING CallInfoString)
at TAPI_DRIVER_LIBRARY.EventMonitor.Event(TAPI_EVENT tapiEvent, Object eventData)


Note that , this case happens randomly and we restrict it in a specific behavior .

Is there anything from Avaya IPO or this is related to Developer team.
