Hello,

I just bought 7406e. It is hard to wakup from "Sleeping ...".
Other Nortel T7406e work perfectly. it can be wake up by pressing anykey.
But for Avaya brand, several keys have to be pressed. Strange ?
Is it Manufacture defect or any option i can changed?
Thanks

Some say just Feature key or feature key twice, some need to be shipped back to supplier.

I just replaced one today but this time the replacement kit's handset was already registered to the base that was in the lab on a BCM50 which worked fine.
The difference was the old one (wouldn't wake up period, and got out of service when you called it) had its dips switches 2down 1up where as replacement was all down.
So it appears you must put them all down after you register the phone.
Was CICS6.1
