Anyone experience not being able to get to the downloads via the support site? Keep clicking on items to download and the ftp page errors out.

corporate firewall. disconnect from your work VPN and try.

Happens to me every time.

yea, did all that. They 'avaya' saw the same issue and opened a ticket.
