I have only ever tested it but here is the EOS notice
Not that it affects me but I saw an earlier announcement
Effective 14 October 2024, Spaces will no longer be compliant with US HIPAA or Payment Card Industry-Data Security Standards. In addition to no longer using Spaces for any purposes that require compliance with US HIPAA or PCI-DSS, you must remove all of your data from Spaces that is subject to US HIPAA or PCI-DSS.
