Has anyone run into this type of issue before? Any suggestions on what might be causing this issue?
We're using AVAYA CM 4.0, IP Softphone 6.0 Telecommuter and Road Warrior modes with the same result, and there is no audible voice recorded, just a single long sound through the entire length of the call.
NICE = Perform 2 SP5, ICU Trunk-Side Logger.
All calls by internal staff record fine.
