Avaya Softphone 2020PC Error Network Card Not Found

Hi All

Can someone please guide me what to look for as getting the error "Network Card Not Found" for only one user in the location ?

The card is fine and all other phones in the cards are also working fine.

The 2050 softphone is an application on a computer. It sounds as if it can't find any IP connection. Was the softphone version 3.0 or 4.0 etc as it will require a license based on the computers MAC details.

Thanks @Firebird.

The issue was literally very different and I never heard it before. The user was not using the correct TN resulting in the error.
