Avaya Softconsole

Mandatory system upgrade from Win7 to Win10. With the upgrade, Operators using Avaya softconsole ver 1.5.4 can login, database will load, but softconsole will crash before iclarity can load. After Softconsole shutsdown (crashes) iclarity will load (viewable in windows task manager). Only the pc OS has been upgraded. I have tried all the compatibility modes on both softconle and I clarity. Upgrading softconsole is not an option. Any suggesions? More info can be provided as needed

Get a time machine? It's been end of sale for 10 years and has been replaced by a few major release of a new console and even that is gone and replaced with a new generation of console.
