We did a Avaya Softconsole Release 1.5 installation on Communication Manager Rel 5.X. The Softconsole was configured in Telecommuter mode. We have connected the 4621IP Phones and to receive calls Operator has to press the call appearance key on the phone then on the softconsole and to hangup the call operator has press the Release button on the phone.
Is there any otherway that everything can manage from the Softconsole in telecommuter mode.
