Avaya Softconsole dialing unknown

Hello,

We have a Avaya 9608 connected to a PC with SoftConsole. However when we dial numbers all we see is "Dialing (Unknown)" in the application. Also we have created BLF Groups with some numbers, when these numbers ring in it is "Calling number(unknown)". Anyone know what can cause this? The number is fully visible in system status.
