No, you will need an SSO account.
You will need it anyway to download software and documents.

You will need to work with an Authorized Avaya Distributor as well. There are a couple of authorization programs that require less of a commitment, but get you training as well.

There is no time limit, its a self paced study course, when you think you are ready for the test you sign up take the test at a testing center, pass or fail you will know as soon as you finish the test, and yes Avaya will send you an email
