Hi all
We have a couple of avaya ip office 500v2 in the field that we manage. 2 of the systems suddenly don't output the SMDR records anymore. I can see the buffer getting bigger but its not sending it to the server that we specified. the boxes are on diferint version of version 8. If i run monitor i can see the "PRN CDR TCPSend" line and the "CDR SMDR OUTPUT" line but not the "CDR: Using TCP to send data to" line.
I have rebooted the boxes, and checked that the server its trying to send to is reachable from the avaya.
Can someone point me in a direction for troubleshooting please.
