Avaya Site Administration ( ASA)

I have a USB-c to db9 cable connected to a Hayes 56k dial up modem. The window's 11 computer with the ASA software installed. The cable is tags as com port 10. In ASA I don't see com 10. My option are 1 thru 9. I cant make the PC update or change the USB-c connection to be com 1 thru 9. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
