Avaya SIP Trunk Interface to Asterisk Phone System - CID Not Displaying on External Calls

I have a SIP Interface between Avaya IP Office and Asterisk phone system. Everything works great with dialing between the 2 systems, I can also get external calls but no CID it display the telephone number each time for CID instead of the Name/Business.

Anyone have any suggestions on what to try?
