Have a SIP link from an Avaya IP Office via an Avaya Session Manager to Cisco 2921 (Version 15.7(3)M) and in call setup inbound to the Cisco it is not returning a 180 Ringing Message (Caller does hear ring tone) so after 30 seconds the carrier closes the link due to timer expiry. Answer the call inside the 30 seconds and correct connect is sent and call is ok.

Is there a setting for the cisco to send the 180 Ringing instead of just providing the tone in band?
