Avaya sip J179 Prime line preference

We have installed CM10 with smgr 10.1.
Avaya J179 sip phone with bridged appearance, after a call is answered on a bridged line the next outbound call is
not selecting the prime line.

There is a previous thread with the same issue 690-1797163, stating a firmware fix in release 4.0.4.0
we are at 4.0.13.06
 
You may want to look at KEEP_CURRENT_CA and set it to 0 if this is happening after the original call ends.

You may want to look at CONF_TRANS_ON_PRIMARY_APPR and set it to 1 if this is while the call is still active/on hold. NOTE: this overrides AUTO_SELECT_ANY_IDLE_APPR.
