Avaya SG200 w/4610IP phones

I have 3.01 running on a pair of s8700s and I have the SG200 with 4610IP phones (version 2.3 sw on them). I can get everything to work fine with hard coded names from within the SG200 but when I choose to use the Radius authencation the tunnel always hangs and never fully connects. I'm using ACS 3.2 from Cisco and I don't know if something needs to be tweeked to get Radius to work? anyone had any luck with this? if so what are your radius settings you had to modify?
