Avaya Session Manager call reports?

Hello All,

I am trying to find out how to run a call report in Session Manager. Basically, how many calls are processed through SM for a given time. (Monthly, etc..)

Anyone know if this is possible, and what steps to take?

Not really. It manages sessions, not phone calls. In principle, all your sessions might be phone calls, but still. They're not one to one.

Look up it's CDR stuff. It's much like CM in format and syntax and it builds out records in 1 meg text files. Your CDR grabber SFTPs in, grabs them, deletes them, crunches them together. That's basically the idea if you wanted to get call records out of it.

 
I think it's possible on Historical Reporting tru AACC,so i you using Avaya Aura Contact Center, pretty sure you' ll find out .
