Avaya SES and Counterpath X-Lite 1

Is anyone using the X-Lite soft phone on an Avaya CM system using SES? What are the SIP Account setting required by X-Lite. I've tried almost every possibility.

CM Version G3xV13
SES Version SES-3.1.1.0-114.0
X-Lite version 3 Build 41150

Display Name : name
User name : extension
password : password ( I used only numbers )
Authorization user name : extension
domain : ip adres SES server

Register with domain ... is marked
Send outbound calls via : target domain

rest is untouched

it works!
