Hi lads,
I currently am managing a transition of an Avaya ip500v2 to a new Server Edition based as a Virtual Machine in a Data Centre.
The SIP customers previously working SIP trunk will register and I can make one or two calls with perfect voice clarity and two-way audio. After the first call is finished I can make another call which does dial the other party however there is no audio. If i leave the trunk alone for about 5 minutes I can then repeat the process all over again.
Any suggestions?
(The SIP provider has checked their end, codecs are locked down and all registration settings are correct)
