avaya server edition install stuck starting dracut initqueue hook 3

Hi,

I am trying to install it on a Dell R240 R11.2.2 using a USB. I have done this (not on R11.2.2) loads in the past and it's been fine.

However, I keep getting starting dracut initqueue hook timeouts and nothing I do can get me past this!

Has anyone else had this problem?

I have created the USB using Avaya USB creator and I have tried using Rufus.

Have you tried another USB drive?

Is it in a USB 2.0 port, or the USB 3.0 port?

Try using rufus to create the USB

Got the same problem with SBC R 10.1.
Installation from USB is stuck at "starting dracut initqueue hook"
Already tried .img and .iso on different USBs, different USB Ports and different programs for creating the boot stick.
Someone got a solution for this?

I ended up building a VMWare server and using the OVA.

Don't forget once it all is running to take a backup or standalone Snapshot.
