Avaya sbce sending rtp to the wrong AMS causing one way audio

Hi Every one,
I need your help.
I have an avaya aura set up.
The call scenario is as follows.
External call=>sbc=>avaya cm queue=> warm transfer to external number pstn

We have 2 calls:
the incoming call=> sdp connection ip= AMS 1
the outgoing call => sdp connection ip =AMS 2
When tracing the call, i see that after transfering the call, the rtp is sent not to the AMS2 but to the AMS1, this causes the transfer target user not to hear transfered user.

Your insights plz.

SBC trace of a transfer would be helpful. It is possible that your SBC is either not receiving the in-dialog invite (REINVITE) that will redirect the media or not acting on it
