Avaya SBCE EMS

Asking for you help guys. I can't access the EMS of our Avaya SBC this is portwell cad. The IP address is reachable and have an access on CLI. But we can't access the webpage of the Avaya SBC. I am just wondering do i need to restart service?

Did you try to reboot? EMS should be always available.

Not yet defloh, im afraid the sbc might go down and never come up once we reboot it.

Run 'df' in CLI, if the /var drive is full you need to delete log files to free up space
